Kvaliteta Systems and Solutions, located in Technopark, Trivandrum, is a global IT solutions provider delivering services in Digital Transformation, Private Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Software Development as a Service.
We are looking for an experienced Linux Infrastructure Engineer to manage and oversee our on-premise infrastructure. The role involves Linux systems administration, network management, and ensuring high availability and security of our IT environment.
Location: Technopark, Trivandrum
Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers; ensure system stability with updates, backups, and security patches.
Manage and optimize network devices (firewalls, routers, switches) for performance and high availability.
Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and enforce IT security policies
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 hardware, software, and network issues.
Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
Design and deploy infrastructure solutions for development, testing, and production environments.
Integrate and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment workflows.
Collaborate with sales teams to assess client needs and design technical solutions.
Prepare technical proposals, BoMs, and cost estimates for RFP/RFQ requirements.
Lead technical presentations, demos, and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) for clients.
Stay updated with training sessions and certifications for skill upgrading and partnership maintenance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Linux system administration and IT infrastructure management.
Strong expertise in Linux distributions and scripting
Virtualization and containerization platforms (e.g., VMware, KVM, Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with monitoring tools and backup/disaster recovery solutions.
Experience with automation and configuration management tools
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
